New foam looper in Silao
Our newly stalled F&K horizontal splitter (Looper) in Silao, Mexico location is fully operational. With this new addition, WF now operates a total of 5 loopers in North America that are capable of efficiently converting crosslinked polyethylene and Elastomeric bun stocks to custom length rolls.
This new looper allows us to better serve local OEMs with custom roll goods directly from central Mexico, which translates to shorter transit time and lower shipping costs. Combined with the conventional skivers and pressure sensitive adhesive laminators, we are able to supply Mexico based customers across multiple industries with press-ready materials for die-cut, routing, and waterjet cut.
