Irradiation and chemically crosslinked rolls are now available in Silao's warehouse!

Crosslinking through irradiation produces XI foam, which has a smooth surface, constant density, and uniform cell structure with superior physical properties. It is the ideal material for medical packaging applications, industrial tapes, seals and gaskets.

XE Chemically Crosslinked Roll is produced with the aid of Chemical Foaming Agents (CFAs). This manufacturing method creates a foam roll with a larger cell structure and a slightly rougher surface compared to the XI roll. However, XE foam provides more cost-effective solutions for projects such as returnable packaging, sports applications, and helmet inserts.
