One single stage XLPE for heavy use

Designed to be tough and durable, our XP-150R single-stage foam with a density of 15 lb/ft is the highest density XLPE on the North American market. It's a robust cushioning material for handling and holding heavy items such as body panel racks, metal baskets, and steel packaging.

The single-stage foam uses only one set of molds during the foaming process and is considerably faster to produce. This results in lower cost, more consistent block thickness, and higher compression deflection while still maintaining Class "A" surface protection characteristics.

In addition to the XP-150R, we offer single-stage foam with densities of 6 lb/ft, 8 lb/ft, and 9 lb/ft. All are ideal for handling, shipping, and storing large equipment, heavy automotive parts, and more.
