Foam XP-18UL Fire Retardant
XP-18UL Fire Retardant XLPE is a chemically crosslinked, fire retardant, closed cell foam. Complying with UL 94 HF-1 test standard, XP-18UL is an ideal material for applications where self-extinguishing or slow burning characteristics are required. XP-18UL is currently available in a 4”X48”X79” roll size, in a charcoal color.
In addition to the foam meeting UL 94 HF-1, most of our XLPE materials and Zotefoams pass the FMVSS-302 motor vehicle specification. This standard measures the horizontal burn rate of materials to be used in the occupant compartments of motor vehicles.
